Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at Mira & Melody on Main in Tempe & Mesa, AZ. You will greet prospective and current residents, deliver exceptional service, and help manage leasing and occupancy at one of our beautiful communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in sales or customer service; multifamily leasing preferred.
• Strong relationship skills to build rapport with residents and prospects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, appointments, and documentation.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to drive leasing and occupancy results.
• Detail-oriented with accurate processing of applications and leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents and deliver exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed tours for prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the complete application process and follow up.
• Maintain resident files and manage availability and pricing.
• Contribute to resident retention and overall community goals.
