Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant for San Piedra, San Villante, and San Privada communities in Mesa & Gilbert, AZ. You will greet residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining files and pricing information.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide high level of customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the 'face' of Mark-Taylor and greet residents.
• Conduct detailed tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale and guide through the application process.
• Create positive experiences through email, phone, and in-person communication.
• Maintain resident files, accept payments, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Generate a world-class community experience reflecting Mark-Taylor’s brand standards.
