Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide high-level customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter with goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents with exceptional service.
• Lead detailed tours for prospective residents.
• Close the sale by guiding applicants through the process and follow up.
• Communicate with residents via email, phone, or in person.
• Maintain resident files, collect rent, and manage unit availability and pricing.
• Uphold Mark-Taylor's brand standards for curb appeal and resident experience.
