Tarragon Property Services is hiring a Multi-site Leasing Associate for Sumner, WA (The Main, Washington Court, Aster Townhomes). Schedule Tue–Sat, 9am–6pm weekdays, 10am–6pm Saturdays. You will match visitors with ideal apartments and explain policies, while engaging with residents to ensure satisfaction.

We offer $22–$24/hour plus monthly bonuses, full benefits, and a focus on work‑life balance. Yardi Voyager and Yieldstar knowledge is a plus; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales, hospitality or property management preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel with basic data entry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of property management software is preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Yieldstar and Fair Housing Laws is a plus.

• Explain community policies to prospective residents clearly.
• Engage with prospective and current residents to inform, support, and satisfy them.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Saturdays: 10 am - 6 pm

Location: Multiple sites: The Main, Washington Court, and Aster Townhomes, all in Sumner, WA

What We Require:

• A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
• Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
• Yieldstar
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
