Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a full‑time Leasing Agent in Jacksonville, FL, to help prospective residents find their perfect home and guide them through the leasing process.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, close leases, and manage paperwork while maintaining unit availability and delivering exceptional service. Compensation is up to $20 hourly, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused leasing or service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage paperwork and schedules with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in real estate leasing.

Responsibilities
