Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Leasing Agent to join our Indianapolis team. You will greet prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, and conduct property tours to highlight features and benefits.

You will also manage leasing paperwork, keep unit availability up to date, and build strong relationships with residents while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting occupancy goals.

Principal Objectives of the Leasing Agent

Property Management: The Leasing Agent initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. The primary objective is to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.

Client Service: The Leasing Agent is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service. #ZR

We're seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team full-time and play a key role in making the leasing process smooth and enjoyable for our future residents.

What You'll Do:

• Engage & Assist: Greet prospective residents with a warm and friendly demeanor, help them find their ideal home, and guide them through the leasing process.
• Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence.
• Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain availability of units.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer-Centric Approach: You love working with people and have a strong focus on delivering top-notch service.
• Communication Skills: Your ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management is key.
• Sales Skills: You're comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: You're able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly.
• Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility.

• Compensation: Up to $21 hourly.
