Job summary

Morgan Truck Body in Rydal, GA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive Lean initiatives across multiple facilities, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost reduction. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise-wide practices and mentor teams in Lean methodologies.

With 3–5 years of manufacturing CI experience, you will coach cross-functional teams, lead Kaizen events, and help embed standardized work and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading Lean, Kaizen, and enterprise-wide improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles including: 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, SMED, PDCA.
• Proven leadership experience influencing teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and team engagement across the facility.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to Morgan Truck Body locations to support improvement projects, conduct assessments, facilitate training, and share best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in 5S, Kaizen facilitation, SQDCIT, Lean training, time studies, project sustainment, and mentoring team members.
