Job summary

Morgan Truck Body is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive Lean initiatives across multiple facilities. You will lead cross-functional projects, coach teams, and facilitate Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and costs.

Expect about 25% travel to Morgan Truck Body locations to share best practices and mentor staff. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing and demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with deep knowledge of Lean

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with success leading Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles: 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, SMED, PDCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives across multiple facilities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Travel approximately 25% to Morgan Truck Body locations to support improvement projects and training.
• Coach teams, facilitate Kaizen events, and mentor continuous improvement practitioners.
• Develop and sustain standardized work practices and visual management across sites.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from concept to implementation with measurable results.
• Capture and communicate project savings and ROI to leadership.
