Job summary

Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy in Colorado is seeking an Area Director of Outpatient Pediatric Therapy to provide strategic, operational, financial, and clinical leadership across nine clinics. You will develop high-performing teams, improve performance, and expand access to pediatric therapy services.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Therapy, you will lead Clinical Directors, drive accountability, and translate priorities into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a related therapy discipline.
• Minimum of five years of pediatric therapy experience, including leadership or multi-site management.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, productivity, and metrics.
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams through coaching, accountability, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across nine outpatient pediatric therapy clinics.
• Develop Clinical Directors and drive performance accountability.
