Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee janitorial projects across client sites within budget and on time.
• Team Supervision: Lead and train a staff, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Client Relations: Serve as main client contact, address concerns, and maintain relationships.
• Scheduling and Staffing: Coordinate staff schedules to cover all shifts and projects.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor QC procedures to meet standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure activities comply with safety regulations and policies.
• Supply and Equipment Management: Manage procurement and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Address issues and implement quick effective solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on status, performance, and issues.
