Job summary

Grupo Eulen is seeking an Area Operations Supervisor to lead janitorial and day porter teams across multiple sites in the Tallahassee area. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and presenting facilities professionally, while managing performance and client satisfaction.

The position requires 2–3 years in janitorial operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, along with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Travel between sites is regular.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning operations and supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and staff.
• Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and support cleaners and day porters across assigned sites.
• Assign and prioritize daily tasks, special projects, and touch-up work.
• Lead team meetings and communicate policies, procedures, and client expectations.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and manage corrective action when needed.
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
