Job summary

TEC Services is seeking a cluster janitorial supervisor/lead to oversee cleaning teams across multiple locations. The role requires traveling to stores to ensure sanitation standards, safety protocols, and client expectations are met. The on-site lead may assist as needed and must work nights.

Qualified candidates have a HS degree, 2–4 years of lead janitorial experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple sites. Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of lead experience in janitorial or custodial services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside team members.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to work night shifts and travel to assigned store locations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead nightly sanitation crews at assigned stores.
• Serve as the POC to each store lead janitorial staff.
• Work as part of the cleaning crew when needed to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate nightly crew status; monitor attendance and timekeeping; escalate concerns to HR and supervisor.
• Train and coach janitorial staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety expectations.
• Conduct high-quality cleaning in compliance with safety standards; walk through with store manager.
• Submit detailed daily reports and end-of-shift updates to supervision.
