Qualifications

• 3–5 years janitorial, facilities management, or custodial operations experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Word and scheduling/reporting software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily janitorial operations for assigned facilities and accounts.
• Ensure services meet company standards, client requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and quality assurance audits.
• Implement corrective actions to address service deficiencies.
• Supervise janitorial supervisors and cleaning staff; conduct evaluations.
