Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Help Desk Analyst in Cleveland, OH to support applications, infrastructure, and end-user systems across multiple sites. Work hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with full-time status in a manufacturing-oriented environment. The role requires an associate degree in CS/IT, at least two years in IT, English fluency, and work authorization in the U.S.

ITAR/EAR compliance is a must. Preferred candidates may hold a bach­elor’s in CS/IT and have experience with common Help Desk

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or related-field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in IT.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support for company employees worldwide for a portion of the day
• Perform installation of PC hardware and software
• Perform onboarding and deboarding duties for end users
• Assist in network and hardware troubleshooting
• Assist in performing preventative maintenance and upgrades on servers
• Help to facilitate and participate in project related work
• Perform hands on tasks determined by the information systems staff
• Assist in updating user and technical documentation
• Embrace IT shared services approach of supporting the entire business when applicable
