Job summary

Rantec Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Planning and Inventory Manager to lead MPS and inventory optimization, driving continuous improvement of MRP/ERP systems. The role reports to leadership and collaborates with manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering teams.

The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, and strong analytics and leadership skills. ITAR/compliance understanding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Technical field is required.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting knowledge is essential.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) in MRP to balance production and customer orders.
• Optimize cycle counting, inventory turns, and storage locations.
• Support current MRP system and create/modify Crystal Reports as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (5S, Lean) and plan for future MRP upgrades.
• Communicate requirements across sales, purchasing, and engineering.
