Qualifications

• 7+ years of inventory control experience, especially in CPG or food & beverage industries.
• Experience working in multi-site operations and influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to manage inventory control teams and lead change across sites.

Responsibilities

• Owns cycle count governance and standards for 20–25 locations.
• Partners with various departments to ensure compliant inventory processes.
• Leads investigations and implements improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.
