Job summary

Breakthru Beverage California, LLC seeks a Director of Inventory Control to lead inventory control programs across multiple facilities. The role focuses on accuracy, shrink reduction, and forecasting support while aligning with executive leadership.

You will implement standardized processes and drive improvements across sites. The position requires strong leadership of Inventory Control Managers and cross-functional collaboration to meet service, revenue and inventory targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in inventory control related roles.
• Minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-site teams.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP/WMS platforms; MS Office for exec reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site inventory control programs and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee market-wide physical inventory activities and write-off reviews.
• Ensure 3-way match processes and SAP controls across sites.
• Partner with Trade, Sales, Finance, and Operations to support inventory planning and forecasting.
• Own system-of-record accuracy across facilities and drive KPI attainment.
