Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC/mechanical construction leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and installs.
• Understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination.
• OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple HVAC/mechanical projects.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget completion per contract specs.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across sites.
• Monitor project schedules and address delays or risks proactively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
