I & MJ Gross Company Inc. is seeking a dependable housekeeper to support multiple apartment communities around the Akron area. The role involves traveling between sites to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, vacuuming, washing surfaces, and restocking bathroom supplies, with close collaboration with on-site managers and maintenance staff. A flexible, reliable candidate will be required for ongoing duties across locations.

• Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
• Vacuum and dust
• Wash walls, windows, door panels
• Sweep, wax, and polish floors
• Clean vacant suites
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e., trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
• Performs other duties as assigned.
