Qualifications

• Three to five years multi-unit HR generalist and associate relations experience.
• Experience in a high customer contact setting (food & beverage, hospitality HR preferred).
• Demonstrated success partnering with leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct management training on HR topics (terminations, harassment, performance).
• Investigate and advise on associate relations issues.
• Conduct exit interviews to understand turnover drivers.
• Support recruitment plans to increase qualified applicant flow.
