Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead a multi-clinic, on-site network in Raleigh. You will oversee daily operations, own financial performance, and drive a culture of collaboration and excellence.

You will recruit and develop teams, optimize labor and inventory, and ensure exceptional client and patient care across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• Background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Previous management experience in veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment.
