Mission Pet Health is seeking an on-site Hospital Manager to lead our Portland-area veterinary hospital operations, focusing on culture, performance, and client care. You will drive growth by optimizing schedules, inventory, and labor costs while ensuring top-tier medical standards.

You will own the P&L, oversee recruiting and onboarding, mentor team members, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional, compassionate service for pets and their families, building lasting community

Please Note: This is not a remote position.

While this opportunity may appear as “Remote” in the posting, the Hospital Manager role is a fully on-site leadership position located in the Portland, OR area. Candidates must currently reside in the Portland area or surrounding communities and be able to work on-site five days per week.
