Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to lead a dynamic veterinary team on-site. You will champion a positive culture, guide career development, and align operations with our WAG values to deliver exceptional patient and client service.

You will own the hospital's financial health, manage P&L, labor, and inventory, and lead recruiting and onboarding for all roles. This full-time, on-site leadership position offers growth within a nationwide network and a comprehensive

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.

Please note: This is not a remote position.While this opportunity may appear as “Remote” in the posting, the Hospital Manager role is a fully on-site leadership position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week.
