The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets and payroll processes, and coordinating with hospital leadership, clinicians, and external partners to optimize performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or 5–7 years healthcare experience with ≥2 years in a supervisor role.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and healthcare terminology.
• Strong multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and supervise assigned practice(s) in line with standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and credentialing with medical staff and payers.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in annual operating and capital budgeting and recruitment.
