Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Group, part of Northern Nevada Health System, seeks an Operations Administrator to guide day-to-day practice operations and implement policies in alignment with IPM/UHS strategies.

You will partner with Practice Administrators/Managers on financial and operational performance, manage inventories and IT initiatives, and support budget development while coaching staff to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health or business administration.
• 5–8 years of progressive practice operations experience.
• 3–5 years of physician practice business leadership or healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and revenue cycle.
• Experience with government regulations and compliance.
• Proficient with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Market Director with planning and directing day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Practice Administrators/Managers on financial and operational performance.
• Communicate corporate strategic initiatives within the Market.
• Oversee inventory, IT, and managed care initiatives.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and staffing decisions.
• Represent Medical Group in absence of Market Director.
