Job summary

North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support medical, clinical, and operational supplies across its Port Angeles clinics. You will manage inventory levels, process orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with inventory software and MS Office is preferred, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or operations support preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move supply boxes (typically up to 40–50 lbs).
• Comfortable using inventory or ordering software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels for clinical, office, and operational supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and audits.
• Distribute supplies to clinic departments and locations as needed.
• Support multi-site inventory coordination across NOHN facilities.
• Assist departments with identifying supply needs and usage trends.
