Job summary

North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) seeks an Inventory Coordinator to maintain inventory across clinic locations, coordinate orders, and support storage and distribution. This role ensures supplies are tracked and available for clinical and administrative teams at NOHN facilities in Port Angeles and surrounding sites.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple sites while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or operations support preferred.
• Ability to lift and move supply boxes (typically up to 40–50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels for clinical, office, and operational supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
• Place supply orders following NOHN purchasing processes.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Distribute supplies to clinic departments and locations as needed.
• Support multi-site inventory coordination across NOHN facilities.
• Assist departments with identifying supply needs and usage trends.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory or purchasing systems.
• Track usage patterns and recommend supply adjustments.
• Assist leadership with cost control and inventory optimization efforts.
