Job Summary

As a Multi-Site Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of two or more properties to enhance curb appeal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure grounds, buildings, and amenities are properly maintained
• Perform daily upkeep of the buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal
• Maintain, repair, and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the properties and management company
• Landscape the communities as instructed
• Assist maintenance teams with minor repairs and services
• Rake, sweep, shovel, and salt as needed

Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping or relevant experience
• Proficient in manual and power tools
• Ability to follow safety guidelines
• Attention to detail
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to follow directions
