Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered registration, laboratory, and diagnostic services across PSC settings.
• Interprets orders, verifies patient identity, and ensures correct specimen collection.
• Transcribes external orders into the EHR per workflows.
• Assists with kiosk and Epic registration workflows for patient check-in.
• Performs Epic registration tasks and documents encounters accurately.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance verification and related workflows when needed.
