Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical security, loss prevention, law enforcement, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required; security certifications (CPP/PSP) preferred.
• Safety certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roving security patrols and monitor security systems across sites.
• Enforce access control procedures including badge issuance and visitor management.
• Operate CCTV, alarm, and access control systems; coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; document findings and escalate.
• Partner with HR on investigations and employee relations with confidentiality.
• Develop and enforce physical security policies; update procedures.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding for new hires and temporary staff.
• Supervise security officers (contract or in-house); schedule and provide feedback.
• Travel between sites to perform security audits and ensure consistent standards.
• Contribute to emergency action plans, drills, and business continuity.
• Identify facility maintenance needs affecting security and coordinate fixes.
• Prepare regular security incident and patrol reports for leadership.
• Maintain confidential records of investigations and incidents.
