Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations across multiple facilities to meet contract specs and quality standards.
• Maintain staffing levels, schedules, and staff performance; recruit and onboard.
• Conduct daily inspections and manage project scheduling.
• Coordinate equipment, supplies, and budgets; track inventory and logs.
• Serve as primary client contact and deliver requested reports.
• Lead training programs and enforce safety and security protocols.
• Prepare and review supply requests, work orders, and documentation.
