Job summary

Andrus is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Yonkers, NY to maintain campus buildings, offsite locations, equipment, and grounds in safe, clean, and operational condition. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Complete work orders related to plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and HVAC support.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine corrective actions.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and report safety hazards.
• Travel to offsite facilities as needed for repairs.
