Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in multiple trades and general repairs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Total site(s) maintenance and management of up to 15 locations
• Light construction and/or maintenance: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring
• Small appliance troubleshooting and repair
• Exterior space maintenance and vendor management
• Work order management and contract obligations monitoring
• Support centers during audits, regulatory visits, and initiatives
