Job summary

BrightPath Kids is seeking a reliable facilities maintenance professional to oversee total site responsibilities across multiple centers. You will manage repairs, upkeep, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operation of our childcare locations.

With 2+ years of relevant experience, you will perform light construction and maintenance, sustain safety standards, and support audits and regulatory visits while delivering excellent service to our childcare teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant facilities experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain total site responsibilities for up to 15 locations.
• Perform light construction and maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Oversee exterior spaces and vendor relationships, including playgrounds.
• Work order management and vendor performance monitoring.
• Support audits, regulatory visits, and fleet compliance.
