Job summary

Mandel Group Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Full Time Multi-Site Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for our Third Ward properties. You will manage maintenance across buildings and grounds, diagnose work orders, and perform repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

You will handle on-call rotations, ensure safety records, and conduct preventive maintenance. The role includes groundskeeping, unit turnover, and regular inspections at the Milwaukee location.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years maintenance supervisor/HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal or type 1 and 2 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and notify management on status.
• Be on-call including weekends and nights.
• Maintain pools, fountains, hot tubs and amenity areas when applicable.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections (pool, lighting, filters, units).
• Carry out routine maintenance on vacant units in time before occupancy.
• Perform groundskeeping and trash removal as required.
