Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial property maintenance or building engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Proficient in Windows and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property inspections and walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs.
• Organize and manage comprehensive maintenance programs, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, building automation systems, air handlers, electrical and plumbing systems, and life safety systems.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve issues promptly.
• Obtain bids, negotiate vendor contracts, assist with budget preparation.
• Maintain inventory control and accurate reporting.
• Communicate with property managers and board members about projects and updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
