Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Facilities Manager to oversee multi-site facility maintenance operations, vendor partnerships, and technical infrastructure across our organization. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective facility operations through strategic vendor management and maintenance planning.

The successful candidate will lead maintenance programs, service contracts, and infrastructure performance across locations

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in commercial facility management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managing multi-site or regional facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety systems, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, manage, and oversee third-party vendors, technicians, and subcontractors across all locations.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct regular reviews.
• Centralize contract administration to improve service consistency and address performance concerns.
• Develop scopes of work, evaluate proposals, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
