Empowered Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Services District Manager to oversee multiple healthcare facilities across Hartford, CT and Baltimore, MD. Lead EVS teams, manage budgets, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance across the district.

The role requires supervising directors and staff, building client relationships, and traveling within the territory to support operations and staffing needs.

Competenze

• 2+ years in Environmental Services or housekeeping supervisory/management in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple sites strongly preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or similar healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, floor care, sanitation, safety, and infection-control processes.
• Experience budgeting, labor, and expenses, including P&L considerations.
• Strong client relationship, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee EVS operations across multiple facilities within the assigned territory.
• Lead, coach, and support EVS Directors, supervisors, and facility teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships and serve as main point of contact for clients.
• Monitor facility performance and identify operational needs and improvement opportunities.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, supplies, and other operating expenses.
• Conduct facility visits and inspections to ensure sanitation and safety standards.
