Job summary

Olen Corporation is seeking a non-union Equipment Operator to float between four Ohio plant locations (Fredericktown, St. Louisville, Upper Sandusky, Wooster). The role involves operating a Front-end Loader and Skid-steer Loader, performing pre-shift inspections, and supporting safety and production goals.

Local candidates preferred. The position requires travel to multiple sites with no CDL requirement and a focus on safe operation and maintenance of equipment in accordance with company

Qualifications

• Operation of equipment in accordance with safety, maintenance and production guidelines.
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals, safety information and hazard labels.
• General knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to travel between multiple plant sites in Ohio.
• Non-CDL applicants encouraged to apply and CDL not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed.
• Operate equipment within general operating and production guidelines.
• Perform pre-shift inspections, fueling and greasing of equipment.
• Operate Front-end Loader and Skid-steer Loader.
• Maintain equipment appearance and housekeeping.
• Operate within the mine plan and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate with plant management and trucking needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
