Job summary

Olen Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator/Utility to operate Front-end Loader and Skid-steer at multiple Ohio plant locations (Fredericktown, St. Louisville, Upper Sandusky, Wooster).

The role requires travel between sites and strict adherence to safety, maintenance, production, and housekeeping practices. The ideal candidate will be local to the central point of these sites, possess mechanical aptitude, and be able to read manuals and safety information.

Qualifications

• Non-CDL candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Ability to read and comprehend manuals, safety information, hazard labels.
• Vision and hearing suitable for safe operation of mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed.
• Operate equipment within designated operating and production guidelines.
• Perform pre-shift inspections, fueling, and greasing of equipment.
• Operate Front-end Loader and Skid-steer Loader.
• Maintain general appearance and housekeeping of equipment.
• Operate within the mine plan and production constraints.
• Report maintenance issues to the maintenance manager.
• Report to Plant Manager regarding trucking or truck issues.
• Coordinate with scale house for trucking needs.
