Job summary

The Olen Corporation (and Area Aggregates) seeks an Equipment Operator to safely operate loaders and related equipment across multiple Ohio plant locations. The role requires willingness to travel between Fredericktown, St.

Louisville, Upper Sandusky, and Wooster as needed, with a focus on safety, maintenance, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will be local to the central point of these locations, able to perform pre-shift checks, fueling and greasing, and coordinate with

Qualifications

• Demonstrates general mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic repairs.
• Able to read and comprehend manuals, safety information and hazard labels.
• Maintains high safety standards and situational awareness at all times.
• Willing to travel between four Ohio plant locations as needed.
• Operates front-end loader and skid-steer in daily production and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines in all tasks and locations.
• Operate equipment within established production guidelines.
• Perform pre-shift inspections, fueling and greasing of equipment.
• Interact with plant management on trucking and scale-house needs.
• Maintain clean and orderly equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to mine plan and production schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
