Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Enrollment Representative to support multiple health plans. Under supervision, you will verify enrollment status, update member records, and answer a range of enrollment questions.

You will maintain enrollment databases and coordinate transfers of non-electronic eligibility data. You will respond to eligibility and billing issues, work with clients and internal teams, monitor status reports for trends, and ensure accuracy in benefit and ID card processing.

• Work schedule within EST time zone (9:30am-6:00pm EST).

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status and update member/client records with accuracy.
• Respond to enrollment questions and coordinate data transfer for non-electronic eligibility data.
• Monitor daily status reports to identify trends impacting service levels.
• Apply considerations related to technical requirements, policies, and benefit parameters in eligibility matters.
• Validate enrollment information and coordinate ID cards and related documents.
• Complete screen coding and data entry for enrollment processing and reports.
• Enter data for new enrollments and changes/terminations in systems.
• Review and correct transaction errors impacting eligibility interfaces.
