Job summary

KinderCare Education in Massachusetts is seeking an Area Manager to lead and coach a portfolio of teaching staff across multiple centers. You will recruit, develop, and engage teams while ensuring consistent quality of care and educational excellence.

You’ll drive customer acquisition and retention, build strong relationships with families, schools, licensing authorities, and district partners, and translate market insights into actions that grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑unit environment.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, indoors/outdoors as needed.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
