Job summary

Community Health Centers seeks an Associate Dental Director to lead dental site management, align financial, quality, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement with CHC goals. Reporting to the VP/CDO and DDO, you will provide managerial leadership, foster a respectful culture, and ensure policy compliance while driving performance across multiple locations.

This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and hands-on oversight of scheduling, training, and operational workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 4 years of related work experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory and clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• EFDA, RDH, or commensurate dental profession certification/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees management of dental sites including Operations and Clinical teams.
• Supervises staff, provides training and evaluation.
• Ensures compliance with HR, HIPAA, and safety policies.
• Develops dental schedules and monitors overtime.
• Coordinates patient transfers and continuity of care.
• Leads mock surveys and implements corrective actions.
