Job summary

Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a Dental Administrator to oversee and direct the comprehensive operations of the dental practice across multiple sites.

You will manage personnel, financial affairs, administrative processes, facility upkeep, productivity, and purchasing while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate billing. You will collaborate with the Dental Director to recruit providers, monitor KPIs, and drive patient experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Five to seven years of experience in dental operations with increasing responsibilities.
• Minimum of five years supervising staff.
• Minimum of three+ years managing a dental practice or clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all general clinic operations across multiple dental sites.
• Lead and motivate staff; optimize referral processes between departments.
• Identify and implement operational improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Coach managers and leads with measurable goals and objectives.
• Ensure high morale and effective communication across sites and with the Dental Director.
• Collaborate on provider meetings and recruitment aligned with mission.
• Analyze data and report on performance, KPIs, and improvements.
• Manage budgets and oversee daily collections and accounting transfers.
