Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of two or more apartment communities. You will lead on-site teams, implement business plans, and drive occupancy while ensuring financial performance and resident satisfaction across all sites.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage budgets, marketing strategies, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in multifamily industry and 2+ years as a Community Manager
• Experience with 300+ unit communities or mixed-use properties preferred
• Experience managing multiple sites strongly preferred
• Strong budget and financial analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with state Fair Housing laws and compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two or more multifamily communities
• Lead on-site teams; set expectations and develop staff
• Execute each community’s business plan and operations strategy
• Maximize NOI through sound financial management and cost control
• Maintain high occupancy with effective leasing and retention strategies
• Develop and implement marketing plans; monitor market conditions and pricing
• Prepare and submit financial and operational reports to Regional Manager
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financials for each community
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure move-ins are ready
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds, buildings, and units
