Job summary

Red Tail Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of two or more apartment communities, leading on‑site teams, managing budgets, and executing business plans to optimize occupancy and NOI.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coordinate marketing, leasing, maintenance, and vendor management across sites, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years in the multifamily industry.
• Minimum 2 years as a Community Manager in multifamily.
• Experience managing 300+ unit communities or mixed-use properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two or more multifamily communities.
• Lead on-site teams; set expectations and develop staff.
• Execute each community’s business plan and operational strategy.
• Maximize NOI through effective financial management and cost control.
• Maintain high occupancy levels and develop innovative leasing strategies.
• Develop and implement marketing plans; monitor market conditions.
• Prepare and submit operational and financial reports to Regional Manager.
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and all financial facets of each community.
• Coordinate/vendor management and ensure move-in readiness of vacant units.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and apartment homes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead daily/weekly team meetings to motivate and guide staff.
