Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Site Manager to oversee multi-site clinical research activities, ensuring patient safety, protocol/GCP compliance, and timely study delivery. You will lead site operations, manage staff, and coordinate with sponsors to meet milestones and budgets.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and 3+ years of clinical research experience, with management experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; full-time benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; experience in clinical research preferred.
• One or more years of management experience is highly preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site performance and leadership to drive site performance and protocol/regulatory compliance.
• Support delivery of study milestones, budgets, and quality data to sponsors.
• Manage site staff, assignments, and performance, escalating risks as needed.
• Review dashboards and trial systems to ensure timely execution of visits and data updates.
• Ensure adherence to ICH/FDA guidelines, GCP, and company SOPs.
