Job summary

Alcanza seeks a Clinical Site Director to lead operations at our Maitland, FL site, driving site performance, patient safety, and regulatory adherence to ICH, GCP, and FDA guidelines.

You will oversee site management, resource planning, dashboards, staff development, and coordination with BD, Finance, and QA to hit milestones and budgets. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of clinical research experience, with 2+ years in site management; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of clinical research experience, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of clinical research site management experience.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall site management and leadership to drive performance and protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, and QA to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review dashboards and systems to ensure timely execution of visits, calls, and data updates.
• Manage staffing, resourcing, and escalation of risks to deliverables.
• Train staff on protocols, SOPs, CRF completion, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to ICH, GCP, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Lead people management activities and site operations, including payroll and new hire orientation.
