ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple urgent care clinics and lead regional operations. The role involves coaching clinical and administrative staff, optimizing staffing and budgets, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience across several sites.

Travel is required with occasional overnight stays. The position offers hands-on training and leadership development to grow into a key healthcare operations leader.

Qualifications

• RN with management experience or CRNP/PA with leadership potential.
• Master's degree or healthcare administration/multi-site management background.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally and stay overnight as needed.
